are connected to our Advanced Tubular Benderlink computer system for delivery
of consistent parts at both high and low production volume.
Our KEINS KB10 is connected to our tube measuring
center using an
Advanced Tubular Benderlink computer system.
Our CHIYODA SP30 bender is attached using the same
system.
End Forming - High volume end forming
with high-speed Galan
end form machines.
Interlocking bend
tooling in conjunction with internal tube mandrel
support resulting in
consistent tube bends meeting all customer
requirements.
Diameter capabilities
from .125 inch to 2.00 inch.
Direct download of all
coordinate data (XYZ, LRA) utilizing
information or reverse
engineering from hard fixtures or sample parts.
